Returns
We strive to offer our customers quality licensed Boston College
merchandise in a timely manner. If, for any reason, you decide to
return an item, please send it back to us in its original condition
with tags and packaging and within sixty days of your order. Articles
of clothing that have been laundered may not be returned or exchanged.
Shipping must be prepaid by the customer and upon receipt of the
product we will credit the customer for the amount the product was
purchased for. The credit for a returned product does not include the
original shipping fee. Please include with your return a copy of your
order and be sure to include the name of the person who was billed for
the product so we may properly issue the credit.
